How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ScannerFlow → Cancel subscription. You can also go to Settings inside the ScannerFlow app and tap Manage Subscription.
I was charged unexpectedly. What happened?
If you started a 3-day free trial, it converts automatically to a $5.99/week subscription on day 4 unless you cancel first. Google Play sends a reminder email 2 days before your trial ends. For refund requests, contact Google Play directly — refunds are issued according to their policy.
My scanned PDF looks blurry. What can I do?
Make sure the document is on a flat, well-lit surface with good contrast against the background. Hold the phone steady and let the edge-detection (green polygon) appear before tapping. Try the B&W Document filter for text-heavy documents — it sharpens contrast significantly.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email support@scannerflow.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We'll process your request within 30 days. Locally stored documents are under your full control — delete them directly in the app or your device's file manager.
Does ScannerFlow work without an internet connection?
Yes — scanning, cropping, filtering, and saving to your device all work offline. OCR (text extraction) is also fully on-device and works offline. Internet is only required for Cloud Sync and billing.
